Specular Hematite, or Specularite - from Michigan! 
 
Specularite is a type of hematite, a mineral rich in iron oxide. It's known for its shiny, mirror-like surface and silvery-black color. The name "specularite" comes from its reflecting properties, giving it a lustrous, metallic appearance. 
 
Spiritually, this mineral is grounding, invokes positive thinking, and stimulates creativity. It is also a good crystal for harmony and good luck.
